Therapy for family caregivers and older adults

Sound familiar?

You’re on the phone with your aging parent, who can’t remember whether they’ve taken their pills for the day, when your kid texts you that they need a ride home from school. And, somehow, you forgot to eat lunch.

Focusing on your self requires a lot of intention because your role as caregiver is never ending.

You wonder “When will my life truly begin?

Each time the phone rings, you tense up, wondering what new problem is coming next.

TV and movies led you to believe that midlife should be the time when you really come to be yourself.

With each new loss, change, medical diagnosis, it can feel like your world is shrinking.

I can help you let your guard down and enjoy this moment.
